Founder and MD of FFF Catering David brings has 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to setting up his own family run catering business, David had gained valuable experience working within several hotels, restaurants and pubs including management training with the Ibis hotels and managing pubs for the Shepherd Neame group in England.

David comes from Trinidad and this helps him to apply a Caribbean touch to some of the dishes and BBQs that he has created. David oversees the operational side of the business and very much likes to meet clients to discuss their catering and event requirements
