Established 10 years ago, FFF catering is a family run business providing a diverse range of catering offerings. The business has grown over the years and has built excellent relations with various its large array of clients over the years.

We at FF Catering are passionate and professional about the food and customer services we provide therefore enabling us to continue with clarity of about our vision and goals.

We have grown to make our business become diverse with its offering of services. These would include regular private dinning events for three secret societies. Weather it be indoors or outdoors, we cater for weddings, birthdays and other special events including impressive tasty and colourful BBQ’s for those who like a live catering

We understand that catering requirements are changing over the times and we have adjusted the business to provide our clients with services to help meet their needs such as 24 hr online ordering and food delivery services

Also, we understand the high importance of food preparation hygiene in todays climate. Therefore, we continuously apply and comply with the FSA legal requirements for food handlers and government guidelines

Our Team

David Mecot Fournillier
Managing Director

Founder and MD of FFF Catering David brings has 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to setting up his own family run catering business, David had gained valuable experience working within several hotels, restaurants and pubs including management training with the Ibis hotels and managing pubs for the Shepherd Neame group in England.

David comes from Trinidad and this helps him to apply a Caribbean touch to some of the dishes and BBQs that he has created. David oversees the operational side of the business and very much likes to meet clients to discuss their catering and event requirements.

Andrew Demetriou
Director of Business Development

Prior to Joining the directors at FFF Catering in March of 2019, Andrew had already known David through the industry for 6 years. Andrew has nearly 35 years of experience from working in various 5 star hotels and resorts in England, Australia and Bermuda including Executive chef of the Waldorf Hotel London. Andrew had gained valuable experience working in the kitchens of some well-known corporate brands including, Le Meridien, Crowne Plaza and Hyatt.

Andrew is involved with development side of the business including menu planning, costing and administration.

Nathaniel Fournillier
Head of Finance

Nathanial recently joined FFF Catering in January 20. He manages all the business accounting and financial affairs and reporting.

Nicky Nelson
Area Supervisor for Dymchurch and Romney Marsh

Nicky has several years of experience in event catering and pub-club management. She joined in September 2017 as Supervisor in Ashford and later moved to our other Masonic venues in Dymchurch-Romney Marsh and Tenterden.

Josh Taylor
Sales and client relations

Josh also joined the team in January 20. He takes care of all sales related business and has good contact relations with our clients.

Helen Carroll
Area Supervisor Ashford

Helen had worked with David previously and joined the FFFcatering team in November 2017 as front of house supervisor for events at the Elwick club, also Masons Ashford and other local events.

Simeon Fournillier
Logistics-Stores-Equipment

Simeon has worked several years doing various part time work for FFF Catering and had joined us full time in January 20. He now takes care of equipment logistics and stores.
